Spring is on the menu!!! Got to savor greens in a light but delicious 3 course lunch prix fixe at Juni! Juni has one michelin star that based on the food is richly deserved.
Starting: peekytoe crab & mushroom, spring surprise–which was a bacon cream with greens. Then cod with basil reduction & calamari salad, beet glazed salmon with yogurt panna cotta. Finally dessert: sorrel & chocolate hazelnut nest and huckleberry -lemon goodness with homemade marshmellows.
