Chef’s club is an a gem of a restaurant that has 4 regular in house chefs for the regular menu then has visiting chef’s cook whenever they can leave their restaurants all over the US. The menu was excellent!
First was broccoli pizzetta-a very shareable appetizer

Our table had a 1400 lb slab of beautiful pink rock salt dangling over it! Good thing it was well secured.
