Momofuku ko: date night in 15 courses

I love momofuku ko! It’s the fanciest & hautest of Cuisines in David Chang’s momofuku restaurant galaxy.   The restaurant recently moved to a new larger & spiffier location at 8 extra place.

Uni–chickpea & hozon 

Sawarazushi–wasabi & ginger

Monkfish–liver & poblano 

Pyramidi–little pasta pockets of broccoli & cheddar 

Pork: chili, endive 

🏅the best & signature dish of momofuku ko–hasnt left menu since it opened: foie gras frozen & shaved on top of lychee, pine nut & riesling jelly 

Carrot cardamon ice cream & meringue 

Chocolate mint; fernet branca
