Started with the silken tofu with uni, shiitake mushrooms & shiso
Then big eye tuna poke with macadamia nuts, pickled jalapeños & seaweed
Kalua pork croquettes with cabbage & katsu sauce
Mochi crusted black sea bass with pole beans, chinese bacon, fermented black bean
Sea urchin or uni tagliatelle with spicy cod roe
For dessert: chocolate haupia sundae with almonds, graham cracker & coconut ice cream
