Per se: three stars in Columbus Circle

So fortunate to be able to dine at this beautiful restaurant in a sunny March afternoon. Beautiful Central Park views. 

Amuse bouche: cheese puff & scottish salmon cone 

Oyster & pearls: oysters, caviar & tapioca sabayon  

Hearts of palm salad 

   Foie gras torchon with 6 sea salts

Lamb  flowers were gorgeous on table    

Cheese course: we each got a different cheese!      palate cleanser: satsuma dessert     

Ice cream & prune cake & cappuccino
